Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please review the following guidelines:

• Return Timeframe: You can return or exchange within 4 days of receipt.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Non-Returnable Items:Certain items, such as discounted products are not eligible for return.
• Return Fee: A return fee of ₹100 will be charged for all returns.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at ethnicattirestore@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method for COD orders we need your bank detail. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
• Exchanges: Exchanges can be done once only. If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you with the process.
